News Archived News Streaming software «PLAY» was used for broadcasting the annual media conference of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Once again an annual media conference of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) was broadcast directly into ETH Live using «PLAY». Students, lecturers and representatives of the press were able to become informed -live-- about the ETH leadership's annual findings as well as new goals. Interested parties who were unable to attend the live event were able to view it as a «Presentation On Demand». The Network of Educational Technology (NET) was broadcasting this event with the software «PLAY», developed by Solutionpark for the ETH. |

The main subject of the conference was Science
City. Over the course of the next few years, ETH Hönggerberg will
be expanded to become Science City, a high-tech campus and city district
for a "Thinkers’ Culture". In building the Information
